摘 要:"普法"对于"守法"的功能意义是由"知法—守法"与"知法—维权—守法"两个命题共同支撑的。然而,这样两个命题并没有在"普法"与"守法"之间建立真正意义的联系。只有将普法看作一种特定的、实现意识形态"社会黏合"功能的方式方法,"守法"才能真正实现。未来的普法重心既不是法的"暴力性"也不是法的"功利性",普法应以论证法律的"合法性"为基础,在普法者与普通民众之间建立起有效的"良性互动"机制。The significance of the "legal popularization" for "law-abiding" is supported by propositions of "law- knowing, law-abiding" and "law-knowing, fights safeguarding, and law-abiding" jointly. However, the real mean- ing contacts of these two propositions have not been established between the "legal popularization" and "law a- biding"." Law-abiding" cannot be realized until the legal popularization is seen as specific ways and means of actualizing the "society adhesion" function of ideology.
