摘　　要：目的总结外伤性支气管断裂的诊断和手术治疗经验。方法回顾性分析1998年1月～2008年6月间收治的13例因外伤致支气管断裂行端端吻合或支气管修补术患者的手术效果。结果 13例患者均诊断明确并施行急诊手术治疗,12例肺功能顺利恢复出院,1例因术后三天放弃治疗死亡。结论对怀疑有气管、支气管断裂的急诊患者,早期明确诊断,积极手术治疗是降低误、漏诊率,减少手术死亡率的关键。Objective To summarize the diagnosis and surgical treatment for traumatic main bronchial rupture. Methods We reviewed and analyzed the 13 patients underwent emergence bronchi end-to-end anastomosis or bronchi repair from January 1998 to June 2008. Resultes All patients were diagnosis accurately. 12 cases were well ventilated and lung function after operate. 1 patient died of giving up treatment. Conclusion It is the key to decrease operate mortality to diagnose in time and operate correctly for patients who were suspected to have main bronchial rupture.
