摘 要:目的对住院大肠癌术前患者进行营养评估以探讨不同情况病人的营养状况,并提出相应的护理对策。方法采用欧洲营养风险筛查(NRS-2002)对2008年4月到2009年3月期间,四川大学华西医院胃肠外科中心252例确诊大肠癌的术前患者进行营养风险评分。结果营养风险评分0~1分111人,2分68人,3分及以上73人,且不同肿瘤部位的评分结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同年龄段的评分结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同Dukes分期的评分结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),比较不同性别分组的评分结果,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同的肿瘤位置和年龄对大肠癌患者术前营养的影响具有差异,因此应针对年龄大小和不同部位肿瘤给予不同水平的营养支持。Objective To assess the preoperative nutritional status of colorectal cancer patients to investigate the nutritional status in different situations, and propose corresponding nursing measure to the patients. Methods 252 cases of preoperative patients diagnosed as colon cancer were investigated with NRS-2002. Results In the nutritional risk of the total scores, 111 cases for 0-1 score, 68 cases for 2 scores, 73 cases for 3 scores. The different scores of different tumor location showed remarkable significance (P〈0.05). The different scores of different age showed remarkable significance (P〈0.05). The different scores of different Dukes stages didn' t showed remarkable significance (P〉 0.05). To compare the scores of different gender groups,the difference was not statistically significant (P〉0. 05). Conclusion Different tumor location and age has different impact in preoperative nutritional status of colorectal cancer patients, thus different levels of nutritional support should be given to patients who had different tumor locations and ages.
