静脉留置针连接真空采血器在抢救急诊危重患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨用静脉留置针连接真空采血器为急诊危重患者采血、输液的可行性和优越性。方法回顾性分析我科就诊的危重患者107例,将2010年5～12月抢救中采取一侧肢体输液,一侧肢体采血的57例作为对照组;将2011年1～9月采取留置针连接真空管采血输液的50例作为观察组。比较两组平均操作时间、血标本溶血发生情况以及患者的满意率。结果观察组的平均操作时间较对照组减少,血标本无溶血情况发生(P<0.05),患者满意率比较,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在危重患者抢救时,留置针连接一次性真空采血器采血输液操作时间缩短,血液标本质量可靠,静脉穿刺次数少,减轻患者痛苦,为抢救赢得宝贵的时间。Objective To explore application of vein remaining needle on emergency rescue of critical patients. Methods 57 cases from May to December 2010 were treated with traditional method of blood transfusion （control group）. 50 cases from January to September 2011 were treated with vein remaining needle connection vacuum tubes （research group）. The operating time, blood specimen hemolytic and the patient＇s satisfaction rate were observed. Results The operation time and blood specimen nurse hemolytic incidence of observation group were lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The patient satisfaction of observation group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In critically ill patients rescue, vein remaining needle connection vacuum can shorten operation time and reduced pain of the patients.
