摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理干预措施减少无痛胃镜患者不良反应的有效性。方法将216例患者随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组患者检查前后实施舒适护理干预措施,评估焦虑量(SAS)、麻醉起效时间、麻醉药用量、麻醉的效果及观察检查中、检查后的不良反应。结果干预组SAS、麻醉起效时间、麻药用量和麻醉效果的优良率和并发症发生率均优于对照组。结论舒适护理干预措施能有效减少患者的焦虑程度,减少无痛胃镜检查中和检查后不良反应的发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To approach the efficacy of easement nursing intervention on adverse reaction of aponia gastroscope. Methods 216 patients were randomly separated to intervention group and control group. The intervention group was treated with easement nursing intervention. The anxiety quantity was evaluated with SAS. The time to anesthesia, narcotic dose, anesthesia effective and adverse reaction were observed during gastroscopy and afetr gastroscopy. Results SAS, time to anesthesia, narcotic dose and anesthesia effect of intervention group were better than that of the control group. The complication incidence of intervention group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Easement nursing intervention can decrease the patients anxiety extent and adverse reaction during and after the anponia gastroscopy.
