摘　　要：主动脉缩窄(coarctation of aorta,CoA)是一种常见的先天性疾病,在已知先天性心脏病中占6%～8%,常合并其他心血管疾病。CoA的治疗手段包括外科、介入和镶嵌治疗,其中支架置入治疗和镶嵌治疗正在成为一种新的趋势,其具体治疗方案选择应该根据患儿情况而定。Coarctation of the aorta （CoA） is a common congenital defect, constituting about 6% to 8% of all congenital heart disease. It often occurs with other cardiovascular diseases. Treatments of CoA include surgery, interventional treatment and hybrid approach, among which stent implantation and hybrid approach is becoming a new trend. However the patientspecific therapeutic strategy based on the patient＇s condition should be used.
