摘　　要：针对高校类建筑的使用特点及其供暖所存在的问题,提出了分时供暖节能控制方案。以天津地区某大学办公楼为例,结合天津地区气候特点对采用分时供暖方案后节能率随室外温度的变化规律进行分析。通过分析表明,在室内控制温度与间歇周期不变的条件下,节能率随室外温度的升高不断增加。According to the characteristics of university buildings and the problems at present in heating.Put forward the energy-saving control plan on time-division heating.According to a certain university in Tianjin and the climate characteristic of Tianjin.With variational outdoor temperature,the timeshare heating program energy saving rate have changed,which is analysed.The analysis shows that under the same conditions of the indoor temperature control with intermittent cycle.Under the same conditions of the indoor temperature control with intermittent cycle,energy saving rate of outdoor temperature increasing.
