云南文山地区烟草根际外寄生线虫种类鉴定

摘　　要：外寄生线虫是一类容易被忽视的重要的烟草病原线虫,2010—2011年在云南省文山州所属各县进行烟草根际寄生线虫调查,根据形态特征和形态测量值对其中的主要外寄生线虫进行了种类鉴定,报道了其中的燕麦真滑刃线虫(Aphelenchus avenae Bastian,1865)、孤独真滑刃线虫(Aphelenchus eremitus Thorne,1961)、阿布拿马螺旋线虫(Helicotylenchus abunaamai Siddiqi,1972)、农田螺旋线虫(Helicotylenchus agricola Elmiligy,1970)、异头丝尾垫刃线虫(Filenchus heterocephalus Xie&Feng,1996)和菠菜矮化线虫(Tylenchorhynchus spini-caudatus Singh,1976)。其中,优势种群为燕麦真滑刃线虫,其次为阿布拿马螺旋线虫和异头丝尾垫刃线虫;孤独真滑刃线虫、农田螺旋线虫和菠菜矮化线虫只在少部分地方分布。菠菜矮化线虫在国内首次发现,为中国新纪录种。The ectoparasitic nematodes are a group of important tobacco pathogenic nemaodes which are usually ignored. The survey of parasitic nematodes associated with rhizosphere of tobacco in Wens- han, Yunnan province was carried out during 2010 to 2011. According to morphological characters and measurements, the ecoparasitic nematode species were mainly focused in this study. Six species belong to four genera were identified as follows： Aphelenchus avenae, Aphelenchus eremitus, Helicotylenchus abunaamai, Helicotylenchus Agricola, Filenchus heterocephalus, Tylenchorhynchus spinicaudatus. A- mong them, Aphelenchus avenae is the dominant species, followed by Helicotylenchus abunaamai and Filenchus heterocephalus. Aphelenchus eremitus, Helicotylenchus agricola and Tylenchorhynchus spini- caudatus only distributed in a few areas. Tylenchorhynchus spinicaudatus is a new geographic record species and described for the first time in China.
