不同级别洁净手术室内干置无菌持物钳保存时间的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨洁净手术室干置无菌持物钳的保存时间。方法选择在百级和万级洁净手术室使用的干置无菌持物钳各60把,分别在使用40次、60次、80次、100次和打开后4h、6h、8h、10h、12h5个时间点采样,进行细菌学检测,比较干置无菌持物钳的合格率。结果百级手术室干置无菌持物钳打开后10h采样合格率仍为100%,打开12h合格率降至90.0%。万级手术室干置无菌持物钳打开后8h采样合格率仍为100%,打开后10h降至88.3%。百级手术室干置无菌持物钳使用80次采样合格率仍为100%,使用100次降至86.7%;万级手术室干置无菌持物钳使用60次合格率仍为100%,使用80次、100次后分别降至83.3%、78.3%。结论百级和万级洁净手术室使用的干置无菌持物钳分别最多保存10h和8h,干置无菌持物钳使用频率越高污染的概率越大,在百级手术室使用80次、万级手术室使用60次应更换。Objective To explore the shelf life of dry sterile forceps stored in clean operating rooms. Methods A total of 120 pairs of dry sterile forceps were put into use in a Class 100 and a Class 10000 clean rooms respectively, 60 pairs in each room. After each pair of dry sterile forceps was used 40, 60, 80, and 100 times, bacterial culture test was run at each frequency of usage. When they stayed unpacked in the air 4 h, 6 h, 8 h, 10 h and 12 h , bacterial culture test was run at each time points. The qualified rates of the examination were compared. Results The qualified rate of bacterial culture test was 100% at 10 h in Class 100 clean room and at 8 h in Class 10000 clean room, while the qualified rate dropped to 90.0% at 12 h in Class 100 clean room and to 88.3% at 10 h in Class 10000 clean room. The qualified rate remained 100% at 80 times of usage in Class 100 clean room, and at 60 times in Class 10000 clean room. The qualified rate dropped to 86.7% at 100 times of usage in Class 100 clean room and to 83.3% and 78.3% at 80 and 100 times of usage respectively in Class 10000 clean room. Conclusion Dry sterile forceps can be kept 10 h aseptic in Class 10000 clean rooms, and 8 h aseptic in Class 100 clean rooms. The more frequently the forceps are used, the more chance of contamination they will have. Dry sterile forceps have to be replaced when they have been used 80 times in class 100 clean room and 60 times in class 10000 clean room.
