摘  要:利用臭氧水处理南方根结线虫2龄幼虫以及游离卵和卵囊,测试其对2龄幼虫的致死作用和对卵孵化的抑制作用,同时测定不同次数和不同浓度臭氧水处理对土壤内南方根结线虫2龄幼虫群体密度的影响。结果显示,各处理浓度臭氧水对2龄幼虫具有致死作用,在0.60mg/kg浓度处理下,对2龄幼虫的校正致死率达95.25%;当臭氧水浓度低于0.20mg/kg时,臭氧水对游离卵和卵囊内卵的孵化均表现出促进作用;当浓度高于0.50mg/kg时,臭氧水对线虫卵孵化表现出抑制作用;臭氧水能有效降低土壤中南方根结线虫2龄幼虫的群体密度。试验结果表明,臭氧水可作为一种潜在的杀线虫剂加以利用。The second stage juveniles (J2s) , free eggs and egg masses of Meloidogyne incognita were treated in vitro with ozone water to detect its lethal effect on J2s and inhibitory efficacy on egg hatching, and the nematode - infected soils were treated with ozone water at different times and concentrations in pot experiment to test its impact on the population density of J2s. The results indicated that ozone water had lethal effect on J2s at every treating concentrations, and the corrected mortality of J2s measured up to 95.25% under the treating concentration of 0.60mg/kg. Ozone water showed promoting effects on the hatching of free eggs and eggs in egg masses when the treating concentrations were below 0.20mg/kg, and it exhibited inhibitory effect on the egg hatching when the trea- ting concentrations were above 0.50mg/kg. The pot experiment showed that ozone water could reduce the popula- tion density of J2s in soil. The trials in vitro and in pot demonstrated that ozone water could be exploited and uti- lized as one potential nematicide.
