摘　　要：为了优化一种适合Vero细胞体外快速生长,且生长状态良好的培养条件,笔者对比了2种不同培养条件下的细胞生物学观察结果,Vero细胞经台盼兰活体染色,改进培养条件后细胞活体率为97.8%,比原始培养条件下活体率明显增高,且该方法具有简便、易行、成本低等优点,值得进一步推广应用。With the purpose of optimizing the culture conditions for the rapid and good growth of Vero cells,the cell biology observing results of Vero cells under different culture conditions in vitro were compared.The living rate of Vero cells in the improved culture conditions after Trypan Blue intravital staining was 97.8%,which was obviously improved than that under orginal culture conditions.The method is simple,practical and costless,thus it is worth to be popularized.
