摘  要:[目的]探讨番茄(Lcopersion esculentum Mill.)茎叶提取物对菜粉蝶(Pieris rapae L.)生物活性的影响,为建立菜青虫生态调控技术体系提供理论依据。[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法从番茄茎叶中提取其挥发性物质,并测定了1 000、500、250 mg/ml 3种浓度番茄提取物在室内对3龄菜青虫的选择性和非选择性拒食活性及对成虫菜粉蝶的选择性和非选择性产卵忌避作用。[结果]番茄粗提取物对菜青虫3龄幼虫具有较强的拒食活性,且非选择性拒食作用均大于选择性拒食作用;番茄提取物对菜粉蝶的产卵具有较强的忌避作用。[结论]番茄茎叶提取物对菜粉蝶生物活性有一定影响,作为拒食剂和产卵驱避剂进行开发具有较好前景。[Objective] To explore the effect of extracts from tomato leaves and stems on the bioactivity of P.rapae.[Method] The volatile components were extracted from the stems and leaves of tomatoes by steam distillation,and their impact on the selective and non-selective antifeedant behaviors of 3-instar P.rapae and the oviposition repellent of adult P.rapae was detected at three concentrations of 1 000,500 and 250 mg/ml.[Result] Under the influence of tomato extracts,3-instar P.rapae showed strong antifeedant activity,and the non-selective was larger than the selective.Moreover,P.rapae showed strong ovipositional deterrent activity under the influence of tomato extracts.[Conclusion] Tomato extracts produce certain impact on the biological activities of P.rapae,thus it has broad prospect to be developed as an antifeedant and oviposition repellent.
