摘 要:[目的]用天然橡胶初加工废水灌溉芫荽(Coriandrum sativum),研究其对芫荽生物量及品质的影响。[方法]采用盆栽试验法研究不同稀释度天然橡胶初加工废水(100%、50%、25%、10%胶清废水,100%、50%、25%、10%UASB厌氧出水,好氧生物处理终水)对芫荽生物量及品质的影响。[结果]与清水浇灌相比,未稀释的胶清废水灌溉对芫荽的生长有强烈的负面影响,其余废水处理对芫荽的生物量及品质均有一定的促进作用;在不同稀释度的胶清废水灌溉中,浓度10%的胶清废水的促进作用最明显,在地上部分干重、地下部分干重、总叶绿素含量、维生素C含量、可溶性总糖含量方面分别比清水浇灌高出281.44%、33.18%、20.69%、5.66%、212.52%;在不同稀释度的UASB厌氧出水灌溉中,浓度50%的UASB厌氧出水的促进作用最明显,在地上部分干重、地下部分干重、总叶绿素含量、维生素C含量、可溶性总糖含量方面分别比清水浇灌高出284.43%、58.16%、16.47%、16.59%、146.62%;好氧生物处理终水处理的地上部分干重、地下部分干重、总叶绿素含量、维生素C含量、可溶性总糖含量方面分别比清水浇灌高出216.29%、17.83%、7.11%、2.15%、63.67%;好氧生物处理终水直接灌溉芫荽,其地上部分硝酸盐含量符合国家标准(GB 19338-2003)限值,胶清废水和UASB厌氧出水灌溉存在硝酸盐积累问题。[结论]该研究可为天然橡胶初加工废水的无害化和资源化利用提供指导。[Objective] The primary processing of natural rubber wastewater was used to irrigate coriander,and then study their effects on coriander's biomass and quality.[Method] A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of irrigation with different dilutions of the primary processing of natural rubber wastewater irrigation on the biomass and quality of coriander.The wastewater of irrigation were in different kind and different concentration,included 100%,50%,25%,10% skim serum,100%,50%,25%,10% UASB anaerobic effluent and terminal water of aerobic biological treatment.[Result] Compared with the clean water CK,undiluted skim serum irrigation had a strong negative impact with the growth of coriander,while the other wastewater treatments had a certain promoting effect on the biomass and quality of coriander.At different dilutions of the skim serum irrigation,10% concentration of skim serum had the most obvious stimulative effect,and its ground portion of dry weight,underground portion of dry weight,total chlorophyll content,vitamin C content and total soluble sugar content were significantly higher about 281.44%,33.18%,20.69%,5.66% and 212.52% than that of the clean water CK,respectively.At different dilutions of the UASB anaerobic effluent irrigation,50% concentrations of UASB anaerobic effluent had the most obvious stimulative effect,and its ground dry weight,underground portion of dry weight,total chlorophyll content,vitamin C content and total soluble sugar content were significantly higher about 284.43%,58.16%,16.47%,16.59% and 146.62% than that of the clean water CK,respectively.The ground portion of dry weight,the underground portion of dry weight,total chlorophyll content,vitamin C content and total soluble sugar content of treatment irrigating by terminal water of aerobic biological treatment were higher about 216.29%,17.83%,7.11%,2.15%,63.67% than that of the clean water CK,respectively.Directly irrigating by terminal water of aerobic biological treatment's nitrate content was in line with the national
