摘  要:[目的]建立测定地奥司明中吡啶残留的气相色谱分析方法。[方法]采用氢火焰离子检测器和DB-WAX色谱柱(30.00 m×0.25mm,0.25μm),在分流比30∶1、进样口温度250℃、检测器温度250℃、柱温采用程序升温、载气氮气总流量55.50 ml/min、进样量1μl的条件下,用气相色谱法测定了地奥司明中的吡啶残留。[结果]吡啶在1.965~23.586μg/ml浓度范围内与峰面积的线性回归方程为:Y=698.4X+51.853,相关系数为0.999,线性关系良好,检测限为0.05μg/ml,定量限为0.25μg/ml,回收率在95.08%~100.05%。[结论]该方法精密度较高、稳定性较好,可用于地奥司明中吡啶含量的检测。[Objective] The aim was to establish a determination method of pyridine residue in diosmin by gas chromatography.[Method] When the split ratio was 30∶1,the injector temperature was 250 ℃,the detector temperature was 250 ℃,the programmed temperature was used,nitrogen was used as carrier gas with flow rate of 55.50 ml/min,and the injection volume was 1 μl,the pyridine residue in diosmin was determined by using hydrogen flame ionization detector and DB-WAX chromatographic column(30.00 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm).[Result] The pyridine concentration within 1.965-23.586 μg/ml had a good linear relationship with the peak area,and the linear regression equation was Y=698.4X+51.853;the correlation coefficient was 0.999.The detection limit was 0.05 μg/ml,and the quantification limit was 0.25 μg/ml.The average recoveries ranged from 95.08% to 100.05%.[Conclusion] The method has higher precision and good stability,so it is suitable for the detection of pyridine residue in diosmin.
