摘 要:[目的]探讨玉米芯浸提液中COD变化的影响因素。[方法]通过单因素试验,分析质量浓度、温度、时间、pH等不同参数条件下玉米芯浸提液中COD的变化,再利用正交试验优化玉米芯产COD的最佳试验条件。[结果]玉米芯质量浓度小于50 g/L时,质量浓度与玉米芯浸提液中COD值呈线性关系;在酸性或碱性条件下,有利于提高玉米芯浸提液中COD值。玉米芯释放COD的最佳试验条件为:温度35℃,质量浓度40 g/L,pH为3,浸提时间3 h,此时单位质量玉米芯释放COD的量为0.056 2 g。[结论]该研究为微生物方法治理地浸采铀矿山废水降低了成本,也为玉米芯的充分利用提供了依据。[Objective] The study aims to discuss the impact factors of COD(chemical oxygen demand) in corncob extract.[Method] Firstly,as the variations of the mass concentration of corncob,temperature,time and pH,the changes of COD in corncob extract were analyzed respectively.Afterwards,through orthogonal test,the best conditions for extracting organic matter from corncob were determined.[Result] The single-factor tests shows that there is a linear relationship between the mass concentration of the corncob and COD of corncob extract when the mass concentration of the corncob is lower than 50 g/L;COD of corncob extract is higher under acidic or alkaline conditions.The optimum conditions for extracting organic matter from corncob are as follows: temperature is 35 ℃,the mass concentration is 40 g/L,pH=3,the extracting time is 3 hours;under this conditions,the amount of COD released from a unit mass of corncob reaches 0.056 2 g.[Conclusion] The research could decrease the treatment cost of wastewater from uranium mining in mines and make corncob more useful.
