摘　　要：结合蓬莱巨涛海洋工程重工有限公司1#滑道建设及码头改造工程,从施工难易、结构受力、桩基检测、工程投资等方面对建设方案进行了比较分析,并总结了所采取方案的优缺点;介绍了重力式沉箱码头改造为海工重型码头过程中遇到的几个关键问题及解决方案和施工措施,为类似工程提供借鉴。Concerning Penglai Jutao No.1 slideway construction,this paper analyzes the construction schemes from the construction l difficulty degree,structure force,pile foundation test and engineering cost,etc.,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the schemes,discusses problems encountered during the transformation of the gravity caisson wharf to the marine heavy wharf and countermeasures to serve as a reference for similar engineering.
