依拉地平治疗慢性肾功能不全合并高血压的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察依拉地平在治疗慢性肾功能不全合并高血压患者中的疗效及安全性。方法对比性研究我院自2008年1月至2011年6月住院的56例慢性肾功能不全合并高血压患者的临床资料。结果经依拉地平治疗后的慢性肾功能不全合并高血压的患者舒张压和收缩压均有明显的降低,而其他不良反应少。结论依拉地平在治疗慢性肾功能不全合并高血压中有显著疗效,安全可靠。Objective To evaluate the antihypertensive effect and safety of lsradipine in the treatment of chronic renal msufficiency wtth hypertension. Methods Data of 56 cases of chronic renal insufficiency with hypertension from January 2008 to June 2011 were summarized. Results Blood pressures were significantly lowered compared with those at baseline. Isradipine effects were comparable during the period of treatment, while the heart rates had no changes. Conclusion Isradipine is effective and safe to control the blood pressure of chronic renal insufficiency with mild to moderate hypertension.
