解剖钢板对老年股骨远端骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨解剖钢板治疗老年股骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2007年9月至2010年9月在我院治疗的老年股骨远端骨折患者63例,分为观察组和对照组,观察组实施解剖钢板进行治疗,对照组实施动力髁螺钉内固定治疗,观察两组疗效,及并发症发生情况。结果观察组优良率显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术后疼痛、膝关节活动障碍、切口感染等并发症均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论解剖钢板治疗老年股骨远端骨折的临床效果较好,术后不良并发症较少,能尽早提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of anatomy plate for treatment of senile distal femur fractures. Methods 63 patients were divided into observation group and control group, and the former were treated by AO anatomy plate for treatment while the later received DCS to observe the efficacy and complications. Result The excellent and good rate of observation group was significantly better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of postoperative pain, knee disorders, wound infection and other complications in observation group were lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of anatomy plate for treatment of senile distal femur fractures results was better, and had fewer postoperative, which was worthy of clinical application.
