游离股前外侧皮瓣治疗四肢组织缺损122例临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨游离股前外侧皮瓣治疗四肢软组织缺损的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2012年1月我院采用游离股前外侧皮瓣治疗的四肢软组织缺损患者的临床资料,并以同期未进行皮瓣治疗的122例患者为对照组,比较两组患者手术情况,治疗效果和患者满意度。结果观察组手术时间为(117.5±22.4)min,住院时间为(13.5±4.7)d,两点别觉为(6.9±0.7)mm,治疗费用为(12522.5±3537.4)元,明显优于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(t=87.524,66.272,12.626,287.450;P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为100.0%,并发症发生率为3.28%,对照组分别为93.44%和15.37%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=69.274,79.740,P=0.000)。结论股前外侧游离皮瓣治疗四肢软组织缺损疗效确切,值得临床进一步研究推广。Objective To discuss the free flap treatment before the clinical effect of soft tissue defect limbs. Methods Retrospective analysis from January 2008 to January 2012 with our free shares anterolateral flap treatment limbs tissue defect patients for clinical material, and not the same period in the 122 patients with skin flap treatment for the control group, compared with two groups of patients, surgical situation, the treatment effect and patient satisfaction. Results The observation group operation time was （117.5±22.4） min, length of hospital stay was （13.5±4.7） d, two don＇t sleep for （6.9±0.7） ram, treatment costs for （12522.5 ±3537.4 ）yuan, comparative differences between groups are statistically significant （t = 87.524, 66.272, 12.626, 287.450; P〈 0.05）. The observation group therapy was 100.0%, complication was 3.28%, and the control group were 93.44% and 15.37% respectively, comparative differences between groups are statistically significant （Z2=69.274, 79.740, P= 0.000）. Conclusion the treatment before shares free flap limbs tissue defect symptoms, and is worth popularizing clinical further.
