生理性海水喷鼻剂治疗干燥性鼻出血的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的进一步探讨生理性海水治疗干燥性鼻出血的临床疗效,提高耳鼻喉科常见病的诊疗水平,降低抗生素使用率。方法分别运用生理性海水溶液喷雾鼻腔和液体石蜡滴鼻,观察干燥性鼻出血患者用药后的治疗反应,通过症状体征的改善的情况,分析单纯使用生理性海水治疗干燥性鼻出血与液体石蜡滴鼻的疗效优劣。结果接受治疗3d后,实验组43例与对照组41例鼻腔干燥性出血患者的有效率分别为79.07%和51.22%(χ2=7.202,P<0.05),1周后为81.40%和53.66%(χ2=7.403,P<0.05),两种方案均有效,但生理性海水效果更佳。结论生理性海水冲鼻剂作为一种非药物治疗方法,可以显著改善干燥性鼻出血的症状,疗效确切,优于液体石蜡滴鼻液,值得推广。Objective To research the effectiveness of physiological sea water in healing dry nasal hemorrhage, to improve the diagnosis and treatment level of ENT ordinary disease and decrease the use of drug and antibodies. Methods 84 patient with nasal hemorrhage were taken in the study and were divided into two groups randomly. Physiological sea water and liquid paraffin nasal drops were used to procomil spray at or drop in the nasal cavity of both groups to see their changement in symptoms. Results The Physiological sea water group showed a significant advantage to the liquid paraffin nasal drops group in the follow up of 3 days（Ⅹ^2=7.202,P〈0.05） and 1 week （Ⅹ^2=7.403,P〈0.05）whereas the both treatment protocol were supposed to be helpful to those who have suffered from dry nasal hemorrhage. Conclusion physiological sea water ,as an non-drug treatment in the healing dry nasal hemorrhage was proved to be effective and show many advantages rather than liquid paraffin nasal drops .it is both safe and effective, should be promoted in clinical use.
