硫酸镁治疗重症支气管哮喘的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨硫酸镁辅助治疗重症支气管哮喘的疗效。方法将69例重症支气管哮喘分为两组,对照组常规使用氨茶碱,甲强龙静滴,雾化吸入博利康尼、异丙托溴铵等常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,辅以25%硫酸镁8mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液250mL静滴,每日1次。结果对照组34例,21例3d内完全缓解,占61.8%,9例3～5d内缓解,2例第一周后缓解;治疗组35例,30例3d内完全缓解,占85.7%2例3～5d内缓解,1例l周后缓解。结论在常规使用氨茶碱、甲强龙静滴、博利康尼、异丙托溴铵雾化吸入的基础上予以硫酸镁静滴辅助治疗重症支气管哮喘可明显提高疗效、缩短缓解的时间。Objective Discussion magnesium sulfate treatment bronchial tube asthma curative effect. Methods Divides into two groups 69 examples severe bronchial asthma, control group convention use aminophylline, dexamethasone; Treatment group in conventional treatment foundation,adds with 25% magnesium sulfate 8ml into 5% glucose inoculation fluid 250ml static drop, daily one time. Results The control group 34 examples,21 examples in 3rd alleviate completely, account for 61.8%, 9 examples in 5th alleviate,2 examples 1 week to alleviate.The treatment group 35 examples,30 examples in 3rd alleviate completely, account for 85.7%, 2 examples in 5th alleviate, 1 example 1 week to alleviate. Conclusion In the conventional use aminophylline,in methy lprednisolone,bricanyl and ipratropium＇s foundation adds with the magnesium sulfate treatment bronchial asthma may enhance the time which the curative effect and the reduction alleviates.
