腹腔镜下可调节捆扎胃减容术治疗肥胖症的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨肥胖症患者行腹腔镜下可调节捆扎胃减容术(laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding,LAGB)的护理方法。方法:回顾性研究2005年1月-2010年12月中国人民解放军第309医院肝胆1科接受LAGB手术的75例患者。结果:本组共75例患者均手术成功,术后随访6月～4年,全组均成功减重,最少15.65kg,最多89.34kg。随访过程中未见体重反弹。结论:术前充分的生理评估,良好的心理干预,术后认真的观察,细致的注水泵管理,以及科学的饮食指导,是手术成功的保证。Objective ：To study the nursing methods on treatment of obesity with laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding（LAGB）.Methods ：In the retrospective studies, 75 cases were treated with LAGB in the 1st department of hepatobiliary surgery of the 309th Hospital of the PLA in January 2005 to December 2010.Results ：75 patients had successful operation and were followed up 6 months to 4 years.The weight-relieving effect was good that the least weight- relieving was 15.65 kg and the most weight-relieving was 89.34 kg.All didn＇t show weight-rebounding.Conclusion ：It is the key point to successful operation that the sufficient physiological evaluation and favorable mental intervention is done before operation and seriously observation, careful management of water injection pump and scientific diet guidance is adopted after operation.
