摘 要:设3组猪群,分别注射高致病性猪蓝耳病弱毒疫苗、灭活疫苗、生理盐水,结果发现,3组猪群均能获得有效的抗体,首次注射28 d后3组猪群均被疫苗感染;二次注射28 d后,3组猪群体内抗原转阴率均大于90%,证实高致病性猪蓝耳病弱毒疫苗与灭活疫苗的有效性与安全性,同时发现弱毒疫苗具有很强的水平传播感染性。Three groups of experimental swine were inoculated or injected with attenuated vaccine, inactivated vaccine and physiological saline respectively. Results showed that swines of three groups obtained effective antibody. All the experimental swines were infected with the virus of vaccine at the strain 28^th day after inoculated or injection and converted to antigen negative(〉90%) at the 28 day after the second inoculated or injection. The attenuated and inactivated vaccines for highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome were confirmed to be effective and safe. It was detected that the attenuated vaccine had highly horizontal transmission infectivity.
