摘　　要：在已构建的斑节对虾(Penaeus monodon)卵巢组cDNA文库中筛选了cdc25基因的EST序列,使用实时荧光定量PCR获得了cdc25基因在雌性个体不同组织及卵巢不同发育阶段的表达情况。结果表明:cdc25基因在雌性个体的卵巢、淋巴、脑神经、血、肌肉、心脏、鳃、肝胰腺和肠9种组织中均有表达,并存在显著性差异,其中心脏的相对表达量最高。同时,cdc25基因在卵巢发育6个时期的时序表达结果显示,cdc25基因在卵巢中的相对表达量在Ⅰ期最大,与其他5期存在显著差异,而后骤降,直到Ⅴ期才稍微升高,随后又逐渐降低。The research chose the EST of cdc25 from our lab’s cDNA library of ovarian tissue in Penaeus monodon.To study the biological functions of cdc25 in shrimp,we compared the expression level of cdc25 in different tissues of female P.monodon and development stages of ovary with real-time quantitative PCR.The results showed that the cdc25 mRNA was ubiquitously distributed in various tissues of P.monodon,including ovary,lympho,neurosecretory organ in brain,blood,muscle,heart,gill,hepatopancreas and intestine,and there was significant difference.Furthermore,the cdc25 expression was found to be the highest level in heart.The cdc25 expression was found in the six ovarian stages of development and the expression peak of ovarian was in the first growth phase which was significant difference compared to the other phase.Then the expression levels of the second growth phase plummeted and reduce gradually untile the five growth phase,with the higher levels in the sixth growth phase.
