摘 要:为了探讨外排泵基因和志贺菌多耐药性之间的关系,对临床耐多药志贺菌H24进行药敏试验,并分析外排泵基因的表达情况。采用琼脂平皿二倍稀释法对多耐药志贺菌进行药敏测定,用实时荧光定量RT-PCR检测H24的外排泵基因emre、cmr、acrb、ydhe的表达水平。药敏结果显示,H24对红霉素、四环素、氯霉素和硫酸链霉素呈高度耐药,对硫酸新霉素、环丙沙星、庆大霉素呈轻度耐药。实时荧光定量RT-PCR结果显示,4个外排泵基因均有表达,emre、cmr外排泵表达量明显高于acrb、ydhe外排泵的表达量。In order to study the relationship between efflux pump genes and the multidrug resistance ShigeUa, drug susceptibility of the multidrug resistant ShigeUa H24 was tested, and the expressions of efflux pump genes was analyzed. Drug susceptibility of the multidrug resistant Shigella was tested by the two fold agar dilution method, and real-time fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR was performed to investigate emre, cmr, acrb, ydhe mRNA expression level. Drug susceptibility results showed H24 had a high resistance to erythromycin, tetracycline, chloramphenicol and streptomycin sulfate, and had a mild resistance to sulfuric acid neomycin, ciprofloxacin, gentamicin. The real-time fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR revealed 4 efflux pump genes were expressed, the expression of efflux pump of entre, cmr was significantly higher than that of acrb, ydhe.
