摘　　要：我国正在进行知识产权质押融资试点,但农业领域鲜有。对涉农知识产权质押融资特有的现实难题进行了剖析,如涉农知识产权的概念与范围有待界定,价值与地位有待合理认识,可用于质押融资的范围有待明确等。针对上述问题,提出了相应的解决思路和若干具体对策。如改变对知识产权的认识观念、明确界定涉农知识产权等。China is making a pilot project on intellectual property rights （IPR） of pledge financing at selected cities, however, the agricultural sector is rarely involved. This paper not only analyzes the special issues, such as the concept and scope of the agriculture- related IPR should be defined, its value and position should be had a reasonable understanding, the scope of the pledge financing should be identified and etc. But also proposes the corresponding solutions and a number of specific measures to the above problems ,including constructinz the understanding concept of IPR, clearly defining the scope of agriculture-related IPR, etc.
