面粉加工精度指标的模糊聚类分析

摘　　要：应用模糊聚类分析法对面粉厂47种不同系统粉进行分析,将系统粉分为3大类,研究其精度指标之间的相互关系.结果表明,L*值和面粉色度值(CGV)可以很好地反映面粉的加工精度指标,且L*值是衡量面粉精度更合理的指标.In this paper, we analyzed 47 kinds of system powder by fuzzy cluster analysis, and divided the 47 kinds of system powder into three categories to study the relationship among the processing degree indexes. The results showed that the L＊ value and flour color values （CGV） could well reflect the flour processing degree index, and the L＊ value was more reasonable for reflecting the flour milling degree.
