壳聚糖创面修复膜凝胶对治疗Ⅱ度压疮患者疗效的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨壳聚糖创面修复膜凝胶在Ⅱ度压疮护理中的临床治疗效果。方法:将50例Ⅱ度压疮患者随机分为两组。治疗组使用翻身、气垫床、做好皮肤清洁、局部组织或骨突处热敷按摩、加强营养支持等常规护理外给予壳聚糖创面修复膜凝胶伤口均匀涂抹,并以无菌纱布覆盖固定;对照组除常规护理外使用普通换药法后以无菌纱布覆盖固定。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组伤口愈合时间缩短、换药次数减少、疼痛状况减轻。结论:壳聚糖创面修复膜凝胶对Ⅱ度压疮的治疗效果确切,愈合时间短,患者疼痛感减轻,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of medical chitosan hydrogel dressing in treating Ⅱ degree pressure sore.Methods:50 patients having pressure sores were included in the study.The 50 patients were divided into two groups,the therapy group and the control group.In addition to the routine care including rotating matters,cleaning skin and nutrition support,the therapy group were applied wound covering with medical chitosan hydrogel dressing,and firming with axenic gauze;and the control group given iodine eraser and Ordinary dressing change method to firm with axenic gauze.Results:After treatment,the average healing time of the therapy group was much shorter than that of the control group.At the same time,the frequency of dressing change was significantly reduced in the therapy group.In the therapy group,the degree of pain the patients was reduced too.Conclusion:Medical chitosan hydrogel dressing in treating Ⅱ degree pressure sore has the advantages of affirmed effect and horten the healing time of wound,reduce the frequency of dressing change and have the effect of pain attenuation course in management of chronic wound.
