改良双钢板法治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:观察改良双钢板法治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2007年5月-2010年1月笔者所在医院治疗的复杂胫骨平台骨折患者85名,将患者随机分为两组,观察组患者40例采用改良双钢板治疗法进行治疗,对照组患者45例采用传统的单侧钢板固定进行治疗,对比观察患者手术的临床效果。结果:所有患者出院时进行检查,观察组优良率达95.0%,对照组优良率为77.8%两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良双钢板法治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折,切口的恢复时间明显缩短,恢复的患者下肢力度,在临床中取得了很好的效果,值得临床推广使用。Objective：To observe the modified dual plating in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods：85 cases of complex tibial plateau fractures from May 2007 to January 2010 in our hospital were divided the patients into two groups,the observation group patients 40 cases by the modified two steel plate therapy treatment,the control group in 45 cases,the use of the traditional unilateral steel plate fixed treatment.To observe the clinical effect of operation.Results：All of the patients the hospital inspection,the observation group of patients excellent-good rate is 95.0%,and the control group of patients was 77.8%,two groups of phase was significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Modified dual plating in treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures,incision of the recovery time is significantly shorter,recovery for patients with lower extremity strength in clinical,the good results have been achieved is worthy of clinical use.
