摘 要:对回火和未回火圆盘形金属橡胶试件进行了疲劳加载试验。通过割线刚度和等效粘性阻尼系数两个疲劳损伤参数对金属橡胶材料的承载能力和阻尼耗能能力进行了分析。结果表明:回火处理有助于消除金属丝线的应力,稳定试件尺寸,可以在较大程度上提高其承载和耗能能力,并延长其疲劳寿命。Fatigue loading tests of tempered and untempered disc-shaped metal-rubber specimens were carried out. Two fatigue damage parameters which were secant stiffness and equivalent viscous damping were put forward, by which metal-rubber bearing and energy dissipation capacity were analysed. The results show that tempering can eliminate the stress of metal silk, stabilize the size of test piece, improve its carrying capacity and energy dissipation capacity to a much greater extent, and prolong its fatigue life.
