摘 要:研究了拉伸速率对经固溶+人工时效热处理后的2A40合金拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,2A40合金经固溶+人工时效处理后,随着拉伸速率的增大,其强度逐渐升高,塑性有所降低,显微组织中析出相有所细化。其原因可能是,随着拉伸速率的增大,试样温度升高,在拉伸过程中还有细小的析出相析出;随着变形量的增大,位错快速增殖而缠结及对位错运动阻力导致位错运动阻力增大,引起强度的升高和塑性的降低。The effects of tensile rate on 2A40 alloy after solution and ageing heat treatment were studied. The results show that, after solution and artificial ageing treatment, with the increase of tensile rate, the strength of 2A40 alloy rises gradually, and the plasticity reduces somewhat. The refined phase increases somewhat in the microstructure plots. With the increase of tensile rate, the temperature of the sample rises, fine phase also precipitates. With the increase of deformation, the dislocation increases and forms entwist, which can contribute to the increase of dislocation resistance, then the strength increases and the plasticity decreases.
