摘 要:采用蒙特卡罗方法,基于二相粒子对晶界的钉扎机制,建立了低碳钢静态再结晶模型,并进行相关模拟。模拟结果表明:二相粒子对晶界的迁移产生钉扎作用,延缓了再结晶过程,再结晶完成后晶粒较为细小。模拟结果与金属静态再结晶理论一致。Based on the pinning fimdamental of second-phase particle, a two dimensional model for the static recrystallization of low carbon steel was built by Monte Carlo Method. The static recrystallization process was simulated. The results show that the grain boundary migration is pinned by the second phase particle and the static recrystallization process is delayed. The grain size is small after the static recrystallization process finishes. The simulated results agree well with the metal static recrystallization theory.
