摘 要:介绍了高铬铸铁的组织和性能特点,综述了高铬铸铁合金堆焊、等离子熔覆和激光熔覆涂层最新研究进展。分析了高铬铸铁合金涂层制备以及服役过程中的裂纹形成,提出了减少和消除涂层裂纹的途径,并对高铬铸铁合金涂层的发展作了展望。The microstructure and properties of high chromium cast iron were demonstrated. The recent research achievements of high chromium cast iron coating produced by arc surfacing, plasma cladding and laser cladding were reviewed. The causes of cracks formation in the process of preparation or in service were analyzed. The measures to decrease or prevent cracking were suggested. At last, the future prospects of high chromium cast iron coatings were involved.
