摘  要:分别采用球化退火和调质处理作为Cr12MoV钢的预备热处理,而后对钢进行相同的真空热处理,并对其显微组织、硬度、冲击韧度、抗弯强度和耐磨性进行观察与测定。结果表明:由于调质处理使得组织中碳化物的形态、大小及分布得到改善,采用调质处理为预备热处理的试样经最终热处理后,其硬度、冲击韧度、抗弯强度和耐磨性均高于采用球化退火为预备热处理的试样;其冲击韧度、抗弯强度分别达到8.652 J.cm-2和2201.4 MPa,相对于球化退火试样,分别提高了13.5%和39.3%。After spheroidizing annealing / quenching and tempering treatment as preheat treatment and the same vacuum heat treatment as final heat treatment, the microstructure, hardness, impact toughness, bending strength and wear resistance of Crl2MoV steel were studied. The results indicate that the quenching and tempering treatment as preheat treatment, instead of spheroidizing annealing, has more benefits for the variation of carbide morphology, size and distribution, and can effectively improve properties of Crl2MoV, like hardness, impact toughness, bending strength and wear resistance. After vacuum heat treatment, the impact toughness and bending strength of the samples reach 8.654 J .era-2 and 2201.4 MPa, respectively. In comparison to the samples with spheroidizing annealing, they increase 13.5% and 39.3%, respectively.
