摘  要:对运行后硬度超标的镍基合金GH4145/SQ螺栓进行恢复热处理,并对恢复热处理前后的螺栓材料进行显微组织分析、力学性能检验。结果显示:硬度超标的螺栓塑韧性较差,恢复热处理后螺栓材料组织形貌及综合力学性能指标得到明显改善。A recovery heat treatment was used on nickle-based alloy GH4145/SQ bolt whose hardness was higher than the demand of the standard after service. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the bolt material before and after the recovery heat treatment were studied. The results show that the plastic and toughness of the bolt whose hardness is higher than the demand of the standard is lower, and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the bolt material are obviously improved through the recovery heat treatment.
