摘  要:为提高锤头的使用寿命,用高铬铸铁—碳钢复合锤头取代均质的高锰钢锤头,生产工艺由消失模铸造代替砂型铸造。从锤头材质选择、复合工艺设计和热处理工艺等方面研究双金属复合锤头的铸造工艺技术。结果表明,采用镶铸工艺时,液态-固态体积比大于8∶1,其结合面牢固,结合质量良好。用消失模生产双金属复合锤头,工艺技术简单,产品生产成本低,成品率高,使用寿命为高锰钢的3~4倍。In order to improve the service life of hammer, high-chromium cast iron and carbon steel composite was used to replace high manganese steel one, production process was changed, EPC process was substituted for sand casting. The casting process of bimetallic composite hammer was studied, including the selection of the hammer material, composite process designing, and heat-treatment technology and etc. The results show that when the volume ratio of liquid to solid is greater than 8: 1, the joint face is solid and has good quality for insert process. The bimetallic composite hammer can be simply produced by EPC technology with low production cost and high rate of finished products, and its service life is 3 to 4 times of high manganese steel one.
