摘　　要：针对采用了螺纹烟管、拱形管板结构的新型快装水火管锅炉烟管磨损泄漏的问题,分析了烟气速度、烟箱结构、煤质、拱墙损坏、锅炉负荷对烟管磨损的影响,提出了解决问题的方法,并根据目前的实际情况,给出了设计建议。Aiming at the problem of the age boiler with screwtubes and arched wear - out and leakage of the new tubeplate, this paper analyzes the smoke box structure, coal quality, the damage of arched wall and the load and leakage of the smoke tubes, and this paper also puts forward to the Some design advice is also given according to to present situation. type water and fire pack- effect of smoking speed, of boiler to the wear - out solution to the problem.
