摘　　要：对收音机后盖塑件进行了注射工艺性分析、注射模设计,并将模具设计方案导入CAE软件,设置工艺参数进行模拟计算,分析计算结果进而优化模具设计方案和工艺参数,这对实际生产有较大的参考价值。In this paper, the injection molding process of a radio back cover part was analyzed. The plastic mold program was imported into CAE software after it was designed. And then the calculation results were obtained after setting the process parameters and calculating which will optimize the mold design and process parameters.
