摘　　要：采用MoldFlow(MPI)对摩托车转向灯座塑件的注射成型过程进行了预测,并对两种注射模浇注系统方案从充填时间、翘曲变形的大小与产生原因、熔接痕位置、气穴位置等方面进行了比较,为下一步设计及改进模具提出了建议。The forecast of injection molding of motor steering lamp base based on MPI in MoldFlow have been researched in this paper. The results of two mold injection system projects are compared, including the gate location, the filling time, the primary cause of wrap, the location of fusion seam and the air hole, etc.
