摘  要:以卡盒、支架、卡盖为例详细阐述了两板式侧浇口注射模结构设计要点与工作过程,通过采用典型的斜推结构、多弹簧顶出复位系统,使得模具的使用寿命和可靠性大大提高;经过在实践中不断优化加工工艺、控制加工精度和改进配模技术,从而大大缩短了配模时间和模具的制造周期,提高了劳动生产效率,降低了模具的制造成本。With the card box, bracket and card cover as an example, the main design points and working process of the side gate mold of two plates are stated in detail. The service life and realiability of the mold is greatly improved by the typical inclined push structure and ejector-return system of many springs. The time of mold-make up and the cycle of mold making are greatly shortened by optimize of machining technics, the control of machining accuracy and the improvement of mold-make up technique in practice. At the same time, the labour productivity is improved and the manufacture cost of the mould is greatly depressed.
