摘　　要：以减速器中斜齿结构的行星轮为例,提出了塑料斜齿轮或螺旋齿轮的脱模结构设计要点,以及整体模具的结构设计,模具开模的工作过程。对模具开模的工作过程中可能出现的问题,提出了解决方法。通过生产实践,对塑料齿轮的结构设计和脱模结构形式进行了分析,提出了建议。To the helical structure of reducer planetary gear, for example, made of plastic helical or spiral gears stripping design features and the overall structural design of the mold, mold of the work process.
