摘 要:为了系统研究不同组分对聚苯乙烯泡沫(EPS)保温砂浆性能影响,通过试验探讨了EPS体积掺量、粘结剂、引气剂和粉煤灰掺量对EPS保温砂浆和易性、力学性能、导热系数及吸水率和软化系数的影响.试验结果表明,对于配制高性能EPS保温砂浆,EPS体积掺量适宜控制为80%~82%,含气量在20%左右,粉煤灰掺量为20%.掺入适量市售白乳胶能提高EPS保温砂浆的粘结强度和抗折强度,适量粉煤灰掺量能显著降低EPS保温砂浆的干缩率和导热系数,提高EPS保温砂浆综合性能.In order to explain the effects of different components on the performance of expandable polystyrene (EPS) mortar, the influence of EPS volume fraction, glue, air entraining agent and fly ash content on the work-ability, strength properties, thermal conductivity, water absorption, and the softness coefficient of EPS thermal insulating mortar were experimentally studied. The experimental result indicates that high performance EPS thermal insulating mortar can be made by limiting the EPS volume fraction to 80% -82% , air content to 20% or so, and fly ash content to 20%. The addition of polyvinyl acetate emulsion can improve the bonding strength and flexural strength of EPS mortar. In addition, some addition of fly ash can improve the drying shrinkage and thermal conductivity of EPS mortar, and therefore increase the comprehensive properties of the EPS thermal insulating mortar.
