摘　　要：随着运输车辆的快速更新换代，目前柴油运输车已经占领了运输车辆的大半壁江山，如何正确使用和管理好柴油运输车，如何快速准确诊断排除柴油运输车常见故障，作为车辆使用和管理人员就显得尤为重要。本文就东风EQ1118G型柴油运输车最常见的起动机不运转故障进行分析，进行诊断排除，以示共勉。一、起动系的组成和工作原理1、起动系的组成蓄电池、电源总开关、电磁式电源总开关、点火锁、起动机继电器、起动机、点火锁继电器、空档开关、副起动开关、熔断丝、易熔线等。Abstract： The DongFeng （east wind） EQl118G type diesel trucks＇ starting components and working principles were introduced, and the cause of faults of not running the starter analyzed.
