39株鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性分析与aac(6’)-Ib基因检测  被引量:1

摘  要:目的调查鲍曼不动杆菌耐药特征及aac(6’)-Ib基因分布情况。方法收集39株不重复鲍曼不动杆菌,采用琼脂倍比稀释法测定对13种常用抗菌素的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),聚合酶链反应(PCR)法检测质粒介导aac(6’)-Ib基因。结果 39株鲍曼不动杆菌对哌拉西林、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢噻肟钠、头孢他啶、头孢曲松、头孢吡肟、亚胺培南、美罗培南、加替沙星、环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星、阿米卡星和庆大霉素耐药率依次为74.36%、76.92%、82.05%、76.92%、82.05%、71.79%、79.49%、71.79%、79.49%、76.92%、89.74%、82.05%、94.88%。22株(56.41%)携带aac(6’)-Ib基因。结论鲍曼不动杆菌呈现多药耐药表型,aac(6’)-Ib基因与鲍曼不动杆菌对氨基糖苷类和喹诺酮类耐药有关。Objective To investigate the characteristics of drug resistance and the distribution of aac(6')-Ib gene of Acinetobacter baumannii.Methods The agar doubling dilution method was used to identify the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of 13 antibiotics for 39 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii unrepeated,the plasmid-mediated aac(6')-Ib gene was detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results The resistant rates of 39 isolates to piperacillin,piperacillin/tazobactam,cefotaxime sodium,ceftazidime,ceftriaxone,cefepime,imipenem,meropenem,gatifloxacin,levofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,Amikacin and gentamicin were 74.36%,76.92%,82.05%,76.92%,82.05%,71.79%,79.49%,71.79%,79.49%,76.92%,89.74%,82.05%,and 94.88%,respectively.The aac(6')-Ib gene were positive in 22 strains(56.41%).Conclusion The multidrug resistance phenotype were observed in Acinetobacter baumannii,the aac(6')-Ib gene were associated with the resistant against aminoglycosides and quinolone in Acinetobacter baumannii.
