摘 要:目的了解潍坊市乡镇卫生院人力资源的现状,分析存在的问题及主要影响因素。方法对潍坊市148个乡镇卫生院人力资源状况进行专项调查,并随机抽取各乡镇卫生院卫生工作人员进行就业与离职影响因素的问卷调查。结果潍坊市148个乡镇卫生院共10 658名卫技人员,千人口卫技人员数为1.26。医护人员比例接近1∶0.68,公共卫生人员占卫技人员总数的9.17%,卫技人员学历以中专、大专为主,职称以初级为主;就业压力大等原因是吸引卫技人员就职的主要因素;离职的主要影响因素有经济收入低等。结论潍坊市乡镇卫生院人员配备基本达标,但存在医护比例倒置、学历、职称偏低等现象。Objective To investigate the current situation of human resource allocation in township hospital,fix an existing problem and probably associated factors.Methods The current state of human resource allocation of 148 township hospitals were investigated and a questionnaire survey about factors of employment and resignation was conducted.Results There were 10 658 health specialists in 148 township hospitals;the rate was 1.26 staffs per thousand populations.The ration of doctors to nurses was approach 1:0.68 and the number of public health workers accounted for 9.17%.The educational history of the staffs was most of secondary school or junior college students,professional title were mainly the primary title.The influencing factors of employment including great employment pressure;and the main factor for their resignation was low income.Conclusion The health personnel arrangement in Weifang township hospitals is mainly reach the standard,but the percentage of nurses,education and title level are markedly low.
