多元化护理干预对妊娠合并糖尿病患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨多元化护理干预对妊娠合并糖尿病患者的影响,总结其综合护理方法。方法回顾分析2011年1月-2011年12月收住的36例妊娠合并糖尿病患者的临床护理,实施多元化护理干预。通过健康宣教、心理护理,使患者消除焦虑、烦躁等不良心理,能积极参与妊娠合并糖尿病的监护治疗过程,坚持饮食治疗和运动疗法,遵医嘱使用胰岛素,严密监测血糖,使血糖得到较好的控制。加强产前、产时、产后及新生儿的监测及护理,避免了母婴并发症的发生。结果 36例妊娠合并糖尿病患者产褥期血糖均控制在正常范围,无低血糖及感染等并发症发生,新生儿无感染及低血糖发生。结论对妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇实施多元化、综合护理干预对降低或避免母婴并发症的发生,提高母婴生存质量有重要保障作用。Objective To investigate the effect of diversified nursing intervention on the pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus and summarize a comprehensive nursing method.Methods The care material of 36 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus during 2011.1 to 2011.12 in our hospital was analyzed retrospectively.The comprehensive nursing method included： performing health education and psychological nursing to eliminate the negative emotions such as anxiety and irritability;making patients to take an active part in the process of monitoring and treatment;insisting on the guidance on the diet and exercise;according to the doctor＇s advice to use insulin and monitor the blood glucose;and strengthening the antenatal,intrapartum,postpartum and newborn nursing and monitoring.Results During the puerperium,the blood sugar of 36 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus was control in normal range.There were no complications such as hypoglycemia inflammation occurred in mother and baby.Conclusion For pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus,the effective comprehensive nursing method has an important safeguard effect on reducing or avoiding maternal and infant complications.It is also vital to improve the survival quality of mother and infant.
