对结直肠癌手术患者开展舒适护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨对结直肠癌手术患者开展舒适护理,观察患者对其主观满意度等护理质量的影响。方法将2011年1月-2012年3月的69例结直肠癌患者,随机分为:对照组35例,实验组34例。两组患者在年龄、性别、手术方式方面比较差异无统计学意义。对照组(35例),实施普外科围手术期护理;实验组(34例)实施普外科围手术期护理加舒适护理。应用自制舒适感问卷调查表,统计引流管脱管情况,并发症发生率,评估患者的主观满意度。结果实验组主观满意度为97.06%,对照组为77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的引流管脱管率为2.94%,对照组为25.71%,实验组的并发症发生率为2.94%,对照组为22.86%,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对结直肠癌手术患者开展舒适护理有助于提高患者的主观满意度,提高护理质量。Objective To explore the comfort care to the patients with colon cancer underwent operation and its influence on the subjective satisfaction of patients.Methods Sixty nine colorectal cancer patients adamitted to our hospital from Jan.2011 to Mar.2012 were randomly grouped as control group（n=35） and test group（n=34） according to their adamittion number.There were no significant differences detected between two groups according the sex,age and operation method.Sixty nine cases underwent colorectal cancer operation were randomly divided into control group（n=35,received routine perioperative nursing care） and test group（n=34,received comfort nursing care）.The subjective satisfaction degree of patients,the incidence of the gastric tube slipping and complications were assessed by the self-designed discomfort questionnaires.Results The satisfaction degree in the test group was 97.06%,which was higher than that of the control group（77.14%,P0.05）;the incidence of the gastric tube slipping and complications were lower in the test group（2.94%,2.94%） than those in the control group（25.71%,22.86%,P0.05）.Conclusion The application of comfort care to the patients with colorectal cancer underwent operation can improve the satisfaction degree of patients and nursing quality.
