摘 要:制备了Nd3+和Dy3+掺杂立方相NaYF4上转换发光纳米晶体,用XRD、荧光光谱等测量手段对纳米颗粒的结构和发光性能进行表征,探讨Nd3+和Dy3+的掺杂比例对上转换发光的影响.利用776 nm红外光激发样品,NaYF4:Nd3+,Dy3+实现蓝、绿上转换发光,出现Dy3+特征峰:479nm、574 nm上转换发射峰.探讨基质NaYF4中Nd3+对Dy3+的敏化作用及上转换机制.In this paper,trivalent dysprosium and trivalent neodymium ions codoped NaYF4 up-conver- sion luminescence nanoparticles were synthesized. The effect of ratio of concentration of the dysprosium and neodymium ions on the structure and luminescence behavior was discussed by X-ray diffraction (XRDi and the upconversion luminescence. A strong absorption peak near 776 nm was observed, and upconversion luminescence of green and blue was obtained under the excitation of 776 nm diode in NaYF4 : Dy^3+ , Nd^3+. However, Green and blue emissions centered at 574 nm and 479 nm of characteristic peak of dysprosium, and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyses showed that the UCNPs were pure cubic phase NaYF4 nanocrystals. The dysprosium and neodymium ions codoped NaYF4 up-conversion luminescence nanoparticles were studied, and the results indicated that Nd could sensitize the luminescence of Dy. The upconversion mechanisms were discussed.
