摘 要:研究密封胶配方中丁基橡胶、萜烯树脂、填料、聚异丁烯、聚乙烯的用量对中空玻璃用丁基热熔密封胶性能的影响.结果表明:随丁基橡胶用量的增加,密封胶的冷流性与高温流动性减小,剥离强度与硬度增大;随萜烯树脂用量的增加,密封胶的冷流性、高温流动性、剥离强度及硬度均增大;随碳酸钙用量的增加,密封胶的冷流性、高温流动性及硬度增大,剥离强度先减小后增大;随聚异丁烯用量的增加,密封胶的高温流动性增大,冷流性能与硬度减小,剥离强度先增大后减小;随聚乙烯用量的增加,密封胶的冷流性、高温流动性及硬度减小,剥离强度先增大后减小,由此确定最佳配方.该胶具有良好的粘结性、抗冷流性、高温流动性以及防水气密性,能够满足中空玻璃密封和结构强度的要求.This paper studied the impact of the amount of butyl rubber, terpene resin, filler,polyisobuty- lene and polyethylene on properties of the hot melt sealant in the insulating glass. The results showed that, with the increase of the amount of butyl rubber, the cold flow and high-temperature fluidity of sealant were reduced, and peel strength and the hardness of sealant were increased. With the increase of the a- mount of terpene resin, the cold flow, high-temperature fluidity, peel strength and the hardness of sealant were increased. With the increase of the amount of calcium carbonate, the cold flow, high-temperature flu- idity and the hardness of sealant were increased, peel strength of sealant were first reduced then increased. With the increase of the amount of polyisobutylene, high-temperature fluidity of sealant were increased, the cold flow and the hardness of sealant were reduced, peel strength of sealant were first increased then reduced. With the increase of the amount of polyethylene,the cold flow ,high-temperature fluidity and the hardness of sealant were reduced, and peel strength of sealant was first increased then reduced. Then the best formulation was determined. The experiment showed that the sealant had some fine properties, such as good adhesion, resistance to cold flow, high mobility and water tightness, to meet the requirement of the sealing and the structural strength of the insulating glass.
