上海老港固废处置基地异味控制措施探讨

摘　　要：介绍了老港固废处置基地内固废处置工艺、基地内异味来源,以及近年来基地内采取的散装生活垃圾、市政污泥的装卸、驳运、预处理、填埋处置等过程的异味控制措施。建议加强固废异味源头控制,如垃圾分类和调整污水厂污泥处理工艺等,从而降低老港固废处置基地异味的集中效应和扩大效应,减轻对周边环境的影响。The disposal process of solid waste and sources of odor in Laogang Solid Waste Disposal Base were introduced, as well as a series of odor control measures in the base in recent years, including the lifting, short-distance transport, pretreatment and landfill of bulk waste and municipal sewage sludge. Source control of odor was proposed, such as waste classification and adjusting treatment process of sewage sludge in sewage treatment plant, and so on. It can reduce the concentration and expansion effect of odor in the base to ease the influence on smTounding environment.
